I find it really hard to choose just one they're all so great, but if it comes down to just one I would have to say "Your Best Body Now" has become not just my go to but my "MANTRA" book as well. It has aided in my ECD, with it's structure and taught me so much about treating myself better.

I have taken this book on holidays with me I , once I got my iPad it was my first purchase, now I have it with me & the pages won't wear out :o)

My favorite is Your Best Body Now! The first time I read it through, was on our vacation in St. Lucia. I couldn't put it down! (Except to reapply sunscreen, lol)
I was approaching my 50th Birthday and with this book in hand and Tosca at my side, metaphorically speaking, I knew I had nothing to fear!

I'm a vegetarian so The Eat-Clean Vegetarian Cookbook is my favourite (although I skip entirely the chapter on fish/seafood), but I also turn to Stripped and The Eat-Clean Cookbook 2 quite often.

I'm not a "vegetarian" per say, but I love the vegetarian cookbook!
Stripped is probably my second favorite :)
