Pancakes made with oats, flaxseed, wheat germ, yogurt and egg whites. With a little maple syrup. Yummy!

2 Ry-Krisps spread with 1 tb organic natural peanut butter and 1/3 sliced banana on top. Absolutely delicious and filling. Been craving it lately!

Pancakes!! 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese, 3 egg whites, 2 tbls flax meal, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Blend together in a food processor and cook on a skillet just like pancakes. I use 100% natural maple syrup minimally. Yummy!

I had my oatmeal pancake with a few additions - 2 eggs, 1/2 oats, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1 heaping tbsp almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla & nutmeg all blended and cooked up like a pancake. Yum! Next I have my ACV tea. Good start to what's going to be a great day!

I will eat 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1/4 cup of oats, one T of flaxseeds and one tsp. of honey. Yummy!
