I'm going to a birthday party today, and there will be two kinds of cake. I made my own clean raw cake out of walnuts, dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sea salt. It's delicious! I'm taking it to share with everyone.

My message is always the same. This isn't a quick fix, trendy fad diet. its a lifestyle, the longer you stick with it the more amazing you feel and the easier it gets. You start just making better choices because its what you want rather than something you "have" to do. There can be negative backlash and I chalk that up to people own guilt over the way they choose to live and simply misunderstanding what this is all about. I don't push this on anyone unless of course they ask, so don't judge more for living a clean healthy life. This is the first time I am not yo-yoing, frustrated or failing at my attempts to be fit and healthy!
