Yes! I just never knew how to enter, how to physically get to that phase where I am in peak competition shape!

I would love to but I have this problem called loose skin below the belt from carrying twins, 3 children total actually. But would if it weren't for that, YES. How do others get around this?

Yes! I've wanted to do one for almost 23 years, but until recently didn't have the confidence to think I could do it. I'm looking at something late summer/early fall.

I would really enjoy an opportunity like this, however avoidance and self doubt creep in time and time again. I know I would be a good candidate and have the will power - once pushed to do it....it's bridging that gap, having someone who will push me, hold me accountable so I don't self sabotage and believing I can do it.

Self-doubt just stands in the way! I've been holding onto this last 5-10 lbs, all at the belly and below, and I just can't get it to budge. Portion size and red wine stands in the way for me. So I think if I can't do that, how could I possible get to where these amazing women are!?

It's definitely been an idea that I've thrown around in my brain for a while. I'm in the "pre-contemplation" perhaps transitioning over to contemplation. Any tips or pointers on how to get started?!
