My challenge was to start eating seafood - so far I've tried tilapia, shrimp & scallops and have actually liked them all! I'm trying to overcome my own pickiness, as I've got an almost 1 year old who I'm trying to be a good influence for :)

I have been eating clean for two months now and joined a 12 week intensity training boot camp at my gym. I have lost those last 6 stubborn pounds I have been trying to lose since my last baby was born in 2005. Now I am working on toning (I can see my ab muscles yay!) I'm 43 and feel better than I have in 10 years.

Welcome csumner1021! You can do it! It really helps reduce those cravings which were my long-time enemy!

Challenges: restart- the Eat Clean Diet...this time with no cheat days. It was really not successful with continuing to eat junk periodically. The good news is that I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel eating clean and eating junk. Thanks, Tosca!

Going to the gym and lifting weights and doing HIIT on the treadmill. Also joined a boot camp class.

My challenge is to at least lose 20 pounds by end of August...Turning 40 and I need to see the progress. It will help me keep going to the ultimate goal of losing 40 pounds.

Gina....what is the legs plyo training you do? I want to start adding more of that along with the leg weights I already do into my training? Thanks!

I am playing hockey for the first time in my life! I joined a "skills" group for the summer in Waterloo and I'm learning how to hold a stick and handle a puck.
