Thanksgiving is very traditional at my grandparents ranch, but I always bring a clean dish. This year it is my favorite butternut squash dish. It's Brazilian Style Pumpkin from The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged book. I use squash instead of the pumpkin. It's amazing. Even the non-heathy eaters in my family love it. Hope everyone has an amazing Turkey Day.

Every holiday I make the brown rice stuffing from the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook. It makes a lot and it's SO delicious. It's my absolute favourite clean holiday dish!

Only breakfast - oatmeal, egg whites, and blueberries. Off to the gym this morning to burn a few hundred calories but.......Thanksgiving will always be the traditional meal. It's now a cheat meal. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Pretty much the entire meal will be clean with exception of dessert...which will be enjoyed as a very well deserved treat for the day because I have had a great week eating clean and training hard! Happy Thanksgiving to all!
