Hello!

A good way to prepare chicken breasts is to wash and dry 6 - 10 chicken breasts (planning for those future meals, salads, wraps!). Marinate the chicken breasts in a marinade made of a generous portion of apple cider vinegar, a little olive oil, and 4-5 garlic cloves crushed through a press. Make sure that the marinade is enough to cover and "bathe" the chicken. Marinate in the frig for one hour, turning the chicken over at 30 minutes.

While grilling, continue to dip the chicken into the marinade to coat, each time that you turn the chicken over while cooking. This adds more flavor and helps to seal in the juices. Serve with your other clean meal components. Delicious!

Have a good weekend :-)
