I keep notes in my phone's notepad. Every time I drink a 16oz cup of water, I add two to my total. It keeps me on track!

I just carry a water bottle with me everywhere I go, and drink it all the time. I refill this 32 ounce bottle 3 - 4 times a day. I do tend to visit the restroom often, though. ;)

Oh dear I am a water-aholic. I start in the morning when I work out, and continue all day. I allow myself one cup of joe and it's water and lemon throughout the day into the evening. I do not drink anything else except on the weekend when I allow myself some wine. I am definely the water girl!!!

I drink a bottle first thing in the am, one with every meal, and make sure I always have one with me in the car and a back up in my purse. You'll never catch me without water! Did I mention during my workout?

In the beginning I didn't drink any water so this was a big adjustment for me. The first few weeks I used the timer on my stove to remind me to drink a glass every hour.
