My goal is to control my sugar intake and not let it control me!

Until this week, I have had 1-2 desserts A DAY! Crazy! I am 2 days without added sugar and feel horrible. I'm trying to trust that if I stick with it I'll be golden! Plus, I want to win that 3rd annual ECD makeover challenge :)

Walk 52 miles (not all at once, but throughout the month).

Lose 10 pounds.

Keep eating clean (though that's not really a goal, because I have no reason to stop!).

Once that is done...start unpacking the boxes of too-small clothes that I packed away a long time ago!

For March I'm starting slow and walking on treadmill for 10-15 minutes per day and focusing on eating clean.

I plan on getting up at 5 am every morning to do a 30 minute strengthening work out on my arms and legs before I start my day. I already started today. Than I plan to work out 2-3 days out of the week on the treadmill. That also begins today. (I'm limited on getting on my treadmill since it's currently at my parents home. Mom's been using it too) Happy work out everyone!

I am going to make sure that I hit the gym two to three times a week even though I have a new job which totally throws my normal routine out of whack! I am going to supplement other days with home routines.
Last month was a total blowout for my time "out" with friends. I am going to limit cocktail hour this month and only have 1 cocktail and then on to water or club sodas.

My goal for this month is to get through my last few weeks of training and nutrition for my upcoming bikini competition in April. I have been working at this for 6 weeks with 6 more to go and feel like I am losing steam right about now.

I plan to keep juicing along with eating clean in the next month. I utilize eat clean magazine a the time !! Love it for ideas. We all get in a rut sometimes. My juicer ( vita mix ) I loooove!! It makes making smoothies , veggie drinks so incrediably easy & quick clean up.

Um, wait for my food stamps to come in so I can stock up on healthy good EC options? I have been munching on some gnarly food that I've been meaning to toss cause they aren't clean. . .Guess that's why they haven't expired yet! Is that too honest? This "lifestyle" ain't cheap!

Workout 6 days a week. Finish (and hopefully win) the Core Challenge at my gym. Keep up the good eats.
