Mine is under my profile as a recipe. Very easy no bake :) They are clean and super quick. No baking, just some chill time. Very easy to sub any protein you prefer. You will love these!

Ingredients

2 Cups Oats
4 Scoops Protein Powder (I use BSN Banana Whey)
2 Tbs Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Water
Optional: Almond Butter
Optional: Ground Pecans

Instructions

1) Mix dry ingredients together - Oats, Protein, Flaxseed
2) Mix in Natural Peanut Butter, then Water
3) Mix well, will be clumpy and take awhile

Line 8x8 glass pan with aluminum foil, then use your hands to pack the mix into the pan.

Optional:
Spread a light layer of almond butter over the top (I let mine set out a little while to be soft)
Sprinkle ground pecans over the top of the almond butter

Place into the freezer for 35 minutes
Cut into 3 sections of 3 - wrap in cling wrap and refridgerate

i have tried a number of recipes for protein bars but have not found the perfect one yet. you really need to start with a good protein powder and i am having trouble finding one that is not whey based or gritty. i have found one i can "enjoy" in a smoothie but it doesn't transition well to baking. i do have an unflavored one that is intended for baked goods as it doens't destroy the quality of the product when it is cooked. i do have one recipe that i will occassionaly use but the recipe is not mine. i am looking forward to seeing some new ones to try here.
