I bought a treadmill and a workout bench so I can do more inside. I am using Tocas workout video as well. I am new to this weight lifting and this is a perfect video for me to follow. I found a warm water pool in my area that I will frequent this fall and winter in order to prepare for triathlon next Spring. I have big goals for now, 3 1/2 Marathons before Christmas and the triathlon in the Spring.

My fall routine, becomes a treadmill, base training workout. School starts, and time is limited. So I run in the am, as well as Tae Bo workouts for balance. I am a new clean eater, so adding these eating elements to my workout, I am looking for some good race times next year!!!

I love the fall, so I find any excuse to be outdoors, enjoying all the beautiful fall colours. A long walk with a skinny latte and my boyfriend is my idea of a perfect weekend afternoon!

I am at my busiest time at work for the next two weeks. I will finally get some holidays in early October. I need to monitor my stressful times and dial down my workouts and training during this time. I will give my body a break during holidays and start back in full force in late October. Staying on track with clean eating is critical during this stressful time. I highly recommend last year's "Off the Couch" 21-day eating plan for anyone trying to get their eating back on track.

I have decided it's time to start back on track to getting healthy. After a long year of grieving my mother death its time to get back in the saddle. Eating clean and being healthy is something that we both shared. I remember getting her a subscription to Oxygen Mag. and the Clean Eating Cookbook, so I know she would want me to continue on that path we both had started years ago.

I'm going to actually start exercising again. I lost the motivation when I lost the energy and lost the energy when I lost the motivation. But I think eating this well, it would be a shame not to add in a daily walk or some hand weights.
