My son is my inspiration for eating clean and being healthy. He was born with profound cerebral palsy and a rare seizure disorder which unfortunately has left him with a body that he can't use. Coming from a place where I didn't take care of myself at all to a place where we run anywhere from 5k to half marathon distances together- I feel blessed to have been given the gift of a useful, purposeful physical body. And as long as my body and God will allow, I will continue to "loan" out my lungs and legs to my sweet precious little boy.

Older women who are still able to move around on their own. They don't complain of stiff joints, or back aches and they walk tall. I want to be like that when I get older.

I would have to say my daughter. She's only 19 months, but I changed my eating habits for her sake, during pregnancy and after. I want to be able to set a positive example for her, so she doesn't have to deal with health issues as she gets older.

Tosca Reno! Her story is truly inspiring and I'm so thankful she was able to get it out there for all of us to share in. She has helped me to understand that it's never too late :) Thanks for that!

My kids and husband inspire me--I watched my mom die of cancer, and will always wonder if she had been healthier--she never exercised and always yo-yo'd with her weight in the 200s--if she would have lost that fight, or maybe never have that fight. Cancer runs in our family, and I never want my daughter wonder. And I don't want to teach her how to be an emotional eater, struggling with control.
