Ok I'm new at this so bare with me. I am starting graveyards tomorrow so I wake up in the morning like 630 when my husband goes to bed, then probably go back to sleep around 10 or so until 3pm. Then my day starts so how am I suppose to keep track of when I eat? Do I just do the 4 hours I'm awake and then start all over again when I wake up. But then it says not to eat 3 hours before you go to sleep? Please help

Every Sunday we make this coconut/ walnut encrusted chicken to keep on hand. Then I make more mid-week to have fresh for dinner, plus a little extra to keep on hand!
