This is great I have quite a few questions since I am just getting started:

1. I find that I am not very hungry when I eat what is recommended. Not much is said about portion size so I wonder if I am eating too much or to often (every 3- 3.5 hours)?

2. I don't like the flax seed and bee pollen in my oatmeal. I only like it in my unsweetened applesause or yogurt. Are there any other suggestions on what I can add it too?

3. I am a pescaterian. I like the morning star products but I know they are processed. Are they an okay source of protein or should I just stick with fish, tofu and eggs?

Thanks.

I was wondering about portion control and hunger level. Some mornings I wake up ravenous and can't wait to eat breakfast, other mornings I have no appetite at all. Do I eat the same amount in both instances?

In the book you stress the importance of not skipping meals buy telling us that it is better to skip a workout than a meal. And I get it, but .... once in a great while I forget my food at home and find myself without my cooler. I have Celiac so I can't eat just anything, even cross-contamination of gluten must be avoided. So ... if my only gluten-free food option is not clean, am I better off eating just enough to get me by, or should I just not eat until I can get to gluten-free AND clean food.

Thanks!

Would like some advice about cutting calories. Obviously to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you are consuming...but how much is too much when it comes to cutting?? I want to reduce my intake enough to lose, but not so much that it slows my metabolism and causes my body to go into 'storage mode'

Lately I have been having the following for breakfast (DELICIOUS):
-1 cup of millet puffs (100% organic and clean)
-1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
-50 ml fat free or soy milk
-50ml water

And then if you want, you can add nuts/seeds and fruit.
