Because I deserve to feel comfortable and full of energy. Because my husband deserves a fun, sexy, and healthy soul mate and because my kids deserve to have a roll on the floor-run through the yard-jump into bed w/ them kinda mom! And I know she's in here, waiting to come out to play!!! She deserves to see for herself and show others how food is meant for fuel and to be healthy: Friend, not the enemy!

Everyone, myself included, deserve to have a healthy and stong body so that we can use our lives to do the things that we WANT to do. Not the things we do because we are limited by our bodies. I want to be able to do whatever I want and my body will take me there!

I deserve it because life is short--I wasted my 20s being unhealthy and miserable--I want my 30s to be a complete turnaround!

I deserve to have a strong and healthy body because I AM WORTH IT! I've wasted too much time being lots of things NOT healthy, and now I'm making up for lost time!

I deserve a healthy and strong body so I can bring children into this world and have a body that lets me live my life to the fullest, run at a moments notice, jump as high as the sky, lift weights heavier than my husband (I can dream) and stay nice and healthy during flu season! : )

Because my son deserves to have a healthy Mama, and I deserve feeling sexy again. I miss feeling confident about my own body. I miss being able to wear nice clothes. I deserve those things and I WILL get my body back! (50 pounds down so far!!)

I am a 69 year old very grateful grandmother who is finally getting back her beautiful life of fitness and eating healthy. I had been acted (athletic) all my life and always lived a healthy lifestyle. Until bad health (4 total hip replacements over 15 years, 3 compression fractures of my spine, broken ankle, broken wrist, etc. etc.)took away that life style...I am now back in the saddle working out 7 days a week (elliptical an hour a day) weight training twice a week and whatever else I can squeeze in. Thanks to the support of my wonderful family and my awesome trainer, Michelle. Of course, it helps to be Irish :O) :O) :O)
