Weekend was great! Tried doing a barbell complex which lasted for 40 mins after which I felt it's 'metabolic disturbance effect' for the next 48 hours!! Awesome!! Will surely try that again the coming Saturday morning!!
Ate healthy and had a good rest on Sunday too! :))

I had a great clean weekend! I cooked new recipes for my family, hit the gym on Saturday and did a gruelling P90x workout on Sunday that still has my butt sore today! As I fly into week 5 of eating clean, I'm shouting "Bring on the week!!" in true warrior style!!

My weekend was pretty good, it could have been way worse! Saturday night some friends and I ate at Chili's and I had the guiltless grilled chicken with vegetables and rice. Sunday, we went to a friend's pool and they ordered pizza and I had 1/2 turkey artichoke panini, chicken soup, and side salad from Panera. It wasn't perfrect, but it could have been a lot worse! Luckily it's Monday, and a new week!

My weekend was tough. My birthday is in two days, and I am feeling hopeless. Every year I say my next birthday will be different, I will be healthy and happy, but yet again this year I am in the exact same place as last year. I am feeling very discouraged.

My weekend was great! I just got the book this weekend. I can't wait to go to the grocery store. I have my list and I really want to go with cooler 1 for the first week to jump start my body and then switch to cooler two.

I finally got my book in the mail on Saturday so I'm just getting 'officially' started today. But I stuck with the things I began implementing before the book arrived - yeah!

It was a great weekend with some slips. I have officially started the eat clean diet today!! I usually eat 80-90% clean so shouldn't be too hard I hope. I did have a small slice of cake yesterday at my brother's "Welcome Home" lunch. But at least it was pound cake so I didn't have the added icing:) I also had some mexican last night (not so great). I am proud to day that this is the first morning that I drank coffee without sugar and cream!!

Hi, I am new to the forum. Over the weekend I had lots of sugar. I am trying to give it up and get in top form before I have a hysterectomy in October. It will be a grueling two month of sedentary recovery. Any sugar ditching suggestions? It is definitely my weakness; very dedicated otherwise.

I had a great weekend. I was totally home alone for the first time in WEEKS. I spent the weekend by getting up early on Saturday and headed to the trail at lake and did 4 miles of walking/running intervals. Then hit Whole Foods for some ingredients to cook some of my fav dishes for the weekend. I am about to head off for a 2 week vacation so I prepared little bags of oatmeal, made clean protein bars, and trail mix and some dips to take on my trip. I did almost all of my packing. On Sunday I went tubing with a friend and watched 2 good movies.

Not only that, I took a 2 day workshop with the National Academy of Sports Medicine AND finished making my study materials--so I avoided a craving for pizza, had two intense, amazing workouts, AND got one step closer to my personal training certification. I can't wait until I'm able to help others reach their fitness goals too!

I had a great workout weekend. Im ten days into the INSANITY DVD's. I tried much harder to eat clean. I prepared all my meals at home. I did not eat out and that is a ritual at my home. But cooking was a welcome change. I lifted some weights and went to the stadium and did a few flights of stairs. WHEW!!

Grrr...nope. I had falafel on white pita..TWICE. Back on now, hard because my mom is staying with me while my dad is in the hospital, and she refuses to eat, well... clean. So my once pristine refrigerator has been loaded with nonsense. I will be STRONG!!

No I didn't but today is a new day. I really want to succeed! I am so tired of this last 35 pounds! I just joined the eat clean community today. I hope to get some recipes that my family will eat. It gets tough when I have to fix 2 different meals. Our family is stationed overseas so our grocery store is very limited of spices and produce and fresh meat here is not good. Is taste very different than in the US. Excited to get some new ideas!
