My goal this week is to eat clean all week and get in three days of exercise. This will be my first week of really trying to eat clean. I made out a menu for the week, using all clean recipes. We'll have those for dinner, and leftovers for lunch. I've been doing steel-cut oats or eggs for breakfast, so I'm doing okay there. My biggest challenge is sugar. I'm a total chocolate addict, so that's going to be hard.
This weekend I made the Chicken Picadillo and Beans and Rice recipes from one of the cookbooks and it was incredible! I typically like eating in restaurants, but I can't think of anything I would rather eat than the meal I made this weekend. If you haven't tried those two recipes, you definitely should.

Heading back to work tomorrow after 2 week vacation so I need to get back into the swing of things. I have 3 goals this week; 1) is keep it simple, plan my meals each day with simple, clean easy to prepare meals so I don't get overwhelmed with trying to make each meal gourmet! 2. get up at 5:00 a.m. to walk the treadmill for 30 minutes before getting ready for work. I plan to do this 4 days this week. I consistently go to the gym 6 days per week strength training so want to add some cardio this week. 3. I'm a newbie to the website so I plan to access it each day and see what's new with the community.

I've been a clean eater for a few months. My goal for the week is to follow the C1 plan, and walk 3-5 miles per day.

I have meal plans created, purchased the food I need to have on hand, and my food for the day with me. I've also informed my co-workers of my plan, and they are supportive of me, as is my husband.

I've also hung a pair of pants I want to fit back into where I can see them daily to remind me to exercise, as it is a very important part of my over all healthy plan. I will try them on at the end of the week to check my progress.

I've also been re-reading the Eat Clean Recharged book to help motivate and inspire me.

My goal this week is to STOP over training. Since the new year, I have been doing two a day workouts with little breaks or days off. My new trainer said I am doing TOO MUCH, and my body is holding onto 5 - 10 pounds of extra becuase it thinks it is going to have to do a marathon every day.

So, my goal is just to work out once a day with Friday as my rest day. I will see how I can do.

I'm VERY new to Eating Clean as well, and I want to continue reading the book, make a clean breakfast, and wear my new running shoes every day this week to break them in. I also plan on writing out my goals and officially entering the competition!

My goal for this week is to be consistent on working out 6 times a week and eating clean healthy meals. What I plan on doing to achieve this goal is first thing in the morning glass of water then I meditate. I use my journal to to write a plan of action for myself for the week. First i have a list of healthy food list for the week. Then I eat 5 to 6 small meals a day and log it in my journal this way i know what I had consumed for the day. Same thing with my workouts I plan ahead and write down what workout I did and how long I worked out for the day. I also write how I was feeling that day. This helps me to stay on track and reach my goal.
