My 2 year old daughter is my motivation! I don't want her to be raised in a household that is unhealthy. I want to teach her from a young age the importance of eating clean and staying active. It will be something that she grows up with so she has a better start than I did. I want her to be able to take on life without having to go through the struggles I have (being overweight and unhealthy with an under active thyroid). Every time I write a list for the grocery store I do it with my daughter, my husband, and myself in mind. The well being of my family is the most important thing to me and I live each day with the intention of being around for my daughter and her children.

Increase my energy! I'm just starting the program, but what drove me here is a realization that I don't DO anything any more except work and watch TV. I am not a lazy person, and I want to energy, control and discipline to start living a full life again filled with fun and joy!

My motivation for eating clean is knowing that not only will I look good on the outside - I will also look awesome on the inside becoming healthier with each meal. Health is so important - and eating clean reinforces that the outside reflects the inside!

My pregnancy. I'm halfway through it, and I want to stroll to the finish feeling invigorated, healthy, fit and ready for baby #2.

I have been very overweight for more than 20 years, and recently lost 100 lbs with the eating clean lifestyle. Eating clean, and my new life that has resulted from being healthy, feels like I have been re-born at 59 years old. Words truly cannot expess how good it feels to be in control of my life again. There are so many positives aspects of eating clean and working out, far too numerous to list. What I can say to anyone considering a healthy lifestyle change, don't waste another day waiting, start now, make today Day One !!!!

Me! I am a happier and more present person when I excercise, eat well and get outside! When I am happier everyone around me gets the benefit of that.

My boyfriend. He has led an active and healthy lifestyle for nearly twenty years. I'm motivated to make Eating Clean a way of life that I can share with him, and in turn make my daily life more fun in my body. If I'm going to be his Mrs, I want to be his equal in a healthy lifestyle first. Happiness comes first from loving yourself, and then from sharing that love with others.

Choosing to do it right, one bite at a time! I have to take this in small steps otherwise I get overwhelmed with the big picture of making so many changes and losing so much weight. We CAN do this! :-)

My motivation is twofold ...my body is a temple and I should treat it as such and I am a 47 year old single mom of an amazing 9 year old son. I am all my son has ..his father dropped out of the picture 7 years ago. I know my son needs me for at least another 10 years ..so I want them to be ten fun and healthy and active years. I want to be able to enjoy as many moments with my son as possible.
