Allergic to wheat, gluten, walnuts, peanuts...mild for eggs and corn.

Almonds flour, almond butter, rice wraps (rare)....love baking with almond flour and do make my own version of the mini pumpkin muffins!! yummo
use wheat free oats to make my own protein bars
excellent almond flour recipes at elanaspantry

I don't replace things, I just eat what I can. Never eat bread substitutes---so horrible and high in carbs...just not worth it.

Milk, eggs, sesame and nuts. Replaced with soy milk, eggs replaced in baking with unsweetened applesauce or ground flax seed with water. Sesame and nuts with alternative seed like sunflower, hemp or pumpkin.

I am allergic to lactose which I usually replace by almond milk or rice milk. Good alternative!

No real food allergies, but I find myself sensitive to grains. I enjoy a baked good once in a while and Rita's Pumkin Mini Muffins rock! Craving pasta = spaghetti squash. Missing my oatmeal = pumpkin puree with cinnamon & coconut milk - yum!
