What’s your favorite kind of dark chocolate?

Although I prefer milk chocolate, I do like dark chocolate frozen yogurt ... it seems so rich. Delish!

The name eludes me but I found it at Walmart of all places. It is a square shaped, elegantly wrapped blue wrapper with gold foil. And it has hazelnuts.

I love using raw cacao. I am working an a clean recipe for Chocolate Mint "ice cream" using raw cacao nibs. A little goes a long way (like 6 grams in a smoothie) and provides a gentle energy boost. I also like use Dagoba Chocodrops® chocolate (73% cacao) in treat recipes.
