Eggplant Ratattoui, brownies, no-bake chocolate peanut butter protein bars, and summer salad. Plenty for lunches all week long!

i live by the planned leftovers motto! have a big dish in the fridge of a chickpea, brownrice curry dish that is amazing! and i made an incredible clean chocolate brownie (Chef Rocco recipe made with black beans) that I cut to exact portion sizes (88 cal) and used the food saver to vacuum pack them and put them in the freezer in individual servings so for the upcoming birthdays or "occasions" I am ready to go

I'm making a stew and a homemade soup, that should cover a few lunches/dinner.

This morning I have baked a bunch of yummy mini muffins for the week: whole wheat apple ginger cinnamon that are cooling and I will place in a baggie in the freezer. I'll be lucky if they last the week! I am also making a yummy stew in my slow cooker and a chili is on the stove, for my family, that I will put into one-portion tupperwares, label and freeze. This way my daughters and husband and I can take our meals to school and work without the worry of "what to eat?" Happy Sunday baking and cooking fellow clean eaters!

Hello, could someone tell me the exact portion size I should be eating, and can I eat frozen fruit? This is where I am so confused, because I hear for example 30/40; what??? I just don't understand.
