On a cold winter's night nothing beat a clean taco soup!

2 - 19 oz cans one red kidney and one black beans
1 cup frozen corn kernals
1/2 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp cumin

brown turkey and add rest rinsing beans before addition. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Add fresh cilantro and low fat cheese to top it off and serve with homemade pita chips. Takes only 30 minutes to prepare and tastes like a slow cooker meal!!

I like to have soup on a cold winter day. One of my favorites is to use left over chicken or turkey and prepare a soup around it. Here is my soup:

*2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
*1 carton chicken broth (organic)
*1-2 large onion
*1-2 Tbs. garlic
*3-4 ribs celery
*3-4 carrots
*1 1/2 cups seaweed (organic pacific Arame or any other you like)
*braggs amino acids (about 4 Tb.)

saute onion, garlic in sesame oil
add celery and carrot
add broth, chicken and braggs
simmer for 20 min.
add rehydrated seaweed simmer 20 more minutes

Hello! I'm new to the site and to eating clean, but I can't wait to dive in. For me nothing comforts more than a hearty hot soup on a cold winter night. Infact thats what I'm making for dinner tonight! I can't wait to taste the difference from a clean chicken soup and my past "dirty" soups.

I am new to this site and to eating clean but I love a good turkey burger on top of spinach with a little sweet potato on the side. It warms me up, fills me up and reminds me of a satisfying meat loaf dinner.
