Beyond the physical changes (weight loss, feeling great) I've noticed a difference in how people who know I'm eating clean treat me. They respect me more (the best way to put it). My friends no longer offer me temptations (while on WW or other diet plans they still did). I feel as though they're sitting back in awe and are somewhat surprised at my determination (they've seen so many diets fail for me), but are also waiting to see big results before they jump on the bandwagon.
