Beyond the physical changes (weight loss, feeling great) I've noticed a difference in how people who know I'm eating clean treat me. They respect me more (the best way to put it). My friends no longer offer me temptations (while on WW or other diet plans they still did). I feel as though they're sitting back in awe and are somewhat surprised at my determination (they've seen so many diets fail for me), but are also waiting to see big results before they jump on the bandwagon. The other change - I don't feel like weight loss is hopeless anymore. I'm eating (and eating quite well) and the inches and pounds are coming off. So many diets have failed me, but I'm committed to eating clean for a lifetime.

My attitude....towards everything! Food, I've always loved to eat food. Now I go for taste. Fresh tastes best. Me, I am worth making time for myself and it's NOT selfish to do so. A healthy me is a better me. I turn 48 in a month and I have more energy, and drive, than in my 20s. I feel like I can do anything...and can.

After YEARS of working out and NOT seeing any results, I am leaning out! Also I am able to regularly go to "the potty" as my son calls it! LOL! Go fiber!
