I always plan meals ahead. That is the only way I can be successful and even then there are challenges. I just planned my meals for this week and I included Posse Stew because they are forcasting cooler weather for central Oklahoma this week and we will be on fall break, so it seemed like a good time to plan a clean hot soup chalked full of vegetables and protein. I also planned for Hearty White Bean Chili for the same reason, Taco Salad (easy), Pork Chops with Steamed Cabbage (I love it!), Grilled Chicken Breast with Grilled Zuchinni and Squash and Homemade Grilled Hamburgers with Sweet Potatoe Fries (because the weather is still nice enough to grill on the patio and I want to soak up every last moment of it). I always use extra lean ground beef in the meals which require ground beef. I'm looking forward to a good CLEAN week!
