I had Ryvita crispbreads, goat cheese, a fruit smoothie, oatmeal for breaky, rotisserie chicken (no skin of course), fresh sweet peas in the pod (yum), olives, green pepper, cauliflower, and a grapefruit. I was too full to eat the grapefruit! lol

Oatmeal and banana for breakfast, snack is apple/peanut butter, lunch is grilled chicken, brown rice and steamed squash and snow peas. Snack two is greek yogurt and strawberries.

Goat cheese w tomatoes, almonds, an apple & a WW wrap - oh, and some steel cut oatmeal w almond butter & coconut milk
