I had Ryvita crispbreads, goat cheese, a fruit smoothie, oatmeal for breaky, rotisserie chicken (no skin of course), fresh sweet peas in the pod (yum), olives, green pepper, cauliflower, and a grapefruit. I was too full to eat the grapefruit! lol

Oatmeal and banana for breakfast, snack is apple/peanut butter, lunch is grilled chicken, brown rice and steamed squash and snow peas. Snack two is greek yogurt and strawberries.

Goat cheese w tomatoes, almonds, an apple & a WW wrap - oh, and some steel cut oatmeal w almond butter & coconut milk

I had a whole wheat wrap with chopped tomato, red onions, fresh spinach, shredded chicken breast and avocado slices- yum!

I have a salad with tuna. The only things I add to the tuna are fresh pico de gallo and avocado. I'll also be having half of a cucumber. Can't wait!

Ezekial bread and 1 tbl sp peanut butter and apple for a.m. snack
Chicken tikka masala (home made) with brown basmati rice and extra spinach as it wont last beyond today for lunch.
Greek yogurt, blackberries for p.m. snack
and in case I am hungry almonds and a tangerine for on the way home.

Yum! I've got 2 hard boiled eggs & a pear-apple for snack 1. Lunch is a stuffed steamed pepper & green beans (have a 4 oz piece of chicken breast if I need more protein). Snack 2 is a cup of greek yogurt w/ half a cup of berries, 2 tbsp ground flax & cinnamon.

Protien Shake, Apple, baggie of mixed nuts and seeds, Mandarine Orange, Lean ground turkey with Quinuo & shredded soy chees with cayenne pepper. Organic granola.

?4oz Grilled Salmon with Homemade Organic Asian Slaw (Cabbage, carrot, celery, cucumber, cranberries, apples, flax seeds & homemade organic apricot vinaigrette (Flax Seed Oil, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, apricot jam & pepper) AND for Dessert Organic fat free plain yogurt, Organic Raspberries, strawberries & blueberries & Organic Maple Walnut Granola!

I have oats with yogurt, flax, chia, pumpkin seeds and blue berries for breakfast. For Lunch I have clean turkey chili. For snacks I have a clean blue berry muffin, walnuts, dates and an orange! Can't wait for meals today.

a.m. refuel grilled chick breast, 1/2 cup black beans; lunch Grilled chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potatoe, 1/2 pear; p.m. snack hard boiled egg, 1/4 cup (maybe less) cashew pieces, lots and lots of water!

Baked chicken drunstick with a little salt, pepper and rosemary.
Steamed broccoli and carrots.
A small serving of quinoa.
A 1.5l bottle of water.
