.. I've found that when I "slip up" and relapse back into old eating habits - I get headaches. I feel like I'm in control of my health's destiny, and it's a much brighter path :)

I'm starting my Eat Clean Diet way of life today. I went on lunch and bought the Eat Clean Cookbook so I can have a variety of things to eat. I'm lookin for quick on the run kinda receipes, so I'll pack my cooler and take it one day at a time. I'm even going to work out at home after work today. Just need to stay motivated. Wish Me Luck!

It makes me feel good! My skin is clearer and I feel sexy because my body is lean and shapely. I have never felt such a healthy relationship with food. I cook homeade clean dishes and love the fact that I don't have to feel starved to be eating healthy.

I eat clean because my stomach can't handle not doing so. As it turns out, its a great motivator to eat smaller amounts of the right foods than any amounts of the wrong foods. (Especially for me, who's had hours of stomach aches when I eat the greasy stuff.) It's just too painful to not eat clean.

I feel so much better when I do! I want to be healthy and I feel so much better eating clean that I know it is the way to go. It helps my body feel energetic and light and it helps me to keep a positive attitude without all those junky chemicals messing with my hormones! Eating clean just might be the biggest and best thing I can do for myself and my family!
