I would spend my time at the gym using the treadmill at an incline of14 and a spead of 2.5. I would talk to my trainer about my new found way of eating and feeling!!

Get some additional exercise in. I have some new Step Aerobic DVDs and want to get the choreography down so I can do them full speed.

Complete a few sudoku puzzles with my husband. We print 2 from an online site and race to see who can finish first!

Oh I have the hour today! I'm going to do Shaun T's Insanity workout! I lost 30 lb in 40 days Eating Clean (using your book) and doing that! I'm lovin' it!

I would definitely read more. I already have training into my schedule, so I think the concentrated time of extra reading would be wonderful for me. We are falling back an hour this weekend so I just may get that hour!
