This morning from 6:00-12:00 I work a Aid Station for a 62 mile biking event to raise money for the hospital. It was 36 degrees and really cold.

When i got home I ran for a few miles and did an upper body weight workout to
warm myself on.

Have to give alot of credit to all the riders they did fantastic!!!!!
