Gosh, I wish I had a listing of Clean-approved protein powders. After reading this post here and also on my Fit Chicks facebook group, it seems there an awful lot out there. I'm currently using AllMax Isoflex, it's one my husband really likes but given that I Eat Clean and care greatly about my protein shake supplements, I'd like to be using a Clean-approved powder. Perhaps even just a post indicating what the the commonly used ingredients that are not approved?

I love About Time. Only 2 or 3 ingredients: whey protein isolate, Stevia, and maybe one other thing, dissolves easy, and comes in lots of yummy flavors! I have Birthday Cake, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Banana, Peanut Butter and Chocolate flavors, so I can have whichever I'm in the mood for!

Does anyone have the recipe for Clean Eating Cherry Almond Yogurt that was in a Clean Eating magazine a couple of years ago? I have tons of CE magazines & have tried to find it but to no avail. Can someone out there help me? Thanks

Vega Sport all the way! Berry and vanilla taste great with just plain water or whatever else you want to put in it. I like it because it is soy, dairy, and gluten free :)

I have just found Plant Fusion. I love it! Even the Vanilla Bean is good and I am not usually a fan!

I love About Time whey protein isolate powders. They mix better than any other powder I've tried. The taste is superb as well! Even my kids ask me to make them shakes with it.

Like others here, I think these are clean, but if they aren't someone please tell me! I'm new to eating clean!

I love the "Organic Whey" brand. they are bit pricey but worth every dollar. Here is the link to their website..http://theorganicwhey.com/. If you would like to try plant based protein try swanson brand organic soy protein or try this company that also has amazing products http://www.sproutliving.com/.

As a vegan I use Vega One (I prefer the vanilla chai and I mix it with almond milk) and Vega Sport (I like the tropical berry and I mix it with water). I believe these are considered clean but would love to know for sure. They taste great and seem to provide me with the necessary vitamins and energy for pre- and post-workout sessions!

I drink both Shakeology and Optimum's 100% Gold Standard Natural Whey. I also am not certain if either of these qualify as "clean", but I think they are at least better than most. I like to mix my Shakeology with milk, but you have to be careful. Regular cow's milk contains 12gm of sugar and Shakeology has 9gm. So I like to use almond milk, which has no sugar.

I eat clean now and am new to the world of supplements, I currently drink shakeology daily, is it considered a 'clean' source of protein, anyone know? I do know that it is from whey protein and from milk so...any feedback or better suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My favorite clean protein powder is Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey Protein Powder. It has 24 grams of protein and is all natural no artifical sweetners or fillers. The taste actually doesnt taste bad.
