I have been trying to work out at least 4 days a week with 30 min of cardio each day. This week I got in 6 days at the gym and did cardio every day. We did a boot camp at the gym this morning which was basically an hour of cardio. Love cardio which helps.

I do at least 3-4 hours of cardio each week. I like weights better, but I have learned to like jogging. I also love tennis, so that helps a lot! Plus, I try to walk the kids to and from school whenever I can.

Right now, I do cardio at least 3 days a week, and weight training 3 days a week with a rest day. I have three children, run a day care... and still am homeschooling, so I don't have a lot of FREE time to do ALL the things I would like. I will say, I am making progress, although it's a slow go... it's a step forward, and better than what I was doing! Best of luck to all of you!

cardio is best for me if I plan it throughout the week .. So it will vary in intensity and structure. I do eliptical mostly but also run and stairclimb alot. I do others also but those typically are it for me. So since I do not need to lose weight , I will do 3x per week at about 30 minutes a clip.. I make sure I get a good sweat going and feel awesome by the end of it

I do one or two Les Mills body combat classes, a spin class and a body step class. Body step torches calories!
