Greek Yogurt!!! I have always been a yogurt fan but now I find that yogurt is too sweet, and Greek Yogurt is "just right"! Also a big fan of oatmeal and any kind of berries!

Jicama. Heard of it, maybe have even had it (unknowingly) in a restaurant, but never knew what it looked or tasted like. Now I eat it all the time with hummus.
I also have always hated broccoli... UNTIL I started roasting it (then broiling to crisp up) with grape seed oil and steak house seasoning. Awesome!

Chia seeds! They are delicious and give me tons of energy! I'm sure the whole way of eating helps, but I love these seeds on oatmeal in the morning.

I discovered 1% cottage cheese and fresh fruit or all fruit preserves. I remembering being a little girl raised by great uncle & aunt who were both from Georgia. My aunt would fix my uncle a bowl of cottage cheese (whole milk) and can peaches and I would be the one delivering this snack from the kitchen to my uncle while he sat in his recliner watching sports or the news. I remember I snuck a taste one day and I almost choke because I hated the taste and texture. Just recently, I made a decision to try it again but this time making it 1% and with all fruit preserves and I absolutely love it. I tried it with fresh fruit and I love it more. 1% cottage cheese has a better taste than whole milk cottage cheese, less cream and more cheese. I eat 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 tsp all fruit preserves and 1 nutrition bar (140-200 calorie bar) for every mid-morning snack.

I discovered quinoa!! I've used it in some of the Clean Eating soup recipes. It is a marvelous little grain and packed with protein as I am told. But love it.

Oh my gosh! So many! Cashews I had actually never had before and now use them to satisfy a sweet craving. oat bran I just found and prefer the consistency to over oatmeal. Coconut oil! I use it on everything! Garbonzo bean flour, rainbow trout, ginger, papaya, red leaf lettuce, spaghetti squash, purple potatoes, onions (i used to hate them), tomatillos, garlic, mustard, ...and the list goes on... I am so grateful for my new appreciation of food and the wonderful flavors they provide. Its interesting to think about how much I was missing out on before eating clean!
