I'm a stay at home mom, but when I go out to run errands, I always have an apple, some type of bar and some kind of nuts in case I get hungry while I'm out and about.

In my desk drawer are: 2 Packets of plain oatmeal, 2 ziplocs with 1 scoop each of protein powder, cinnamon, Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb, sea-salt, ziploc steamer bags, single-serving packets of tuna, 1 pkg of Kavli 5-grain crispbread, and 4 different kinds of tea. Along with a shaker bottle, bowl, knife, fork, spoon, etc.
