I never leave the house without my water bottle in hand! I find if I have it with me at all times, I'm way more likely to drink it!

I freeze about half a liter in my bottle over night and in the morning fill up the rest. This keeps it fairly cold.

When I'm going to be out and about I keep a gallon of water in my car and keep a cup of Ice with me and keep refilling the cup.

When I'm out and about, I'm honestly not afraid to drink water, and as much as I want, from drinking fountains! I don't know why people avoid them as much as they do, I've never gotten sick from germs or anything like that from drinking fountains, guess my immune system is so strong from all my clean eating! :)

I agree, having them filled in the fridge makes it easy. I use stainless steel bottles, they keep the water chilled all day. I even have separate ones for work & gym.

Fill up your canisters at night and store a few in the fridge!! So easy to grab on the go when you leave the house!
