I find movitation in how much stronger and better I feel now than before I started a year ago. I constantly remind myself that I never want to look or feel like that again.

I think of myself when I'm 80. I don't want that person to wish bitterly that she had taken better care of herself.

I have to say that I do gain some of my motivation from reading the genius Oxygen Magazine, but my most inspiring treasure is my son. When I look into his innocent eyes, and watch him run around full of energy, and with so much passion for life, it boosts my spirit and gives me reason to take good care of myself. I want to be healthy and energetic, to be around to enjoy all of life's pleasures with him. When times are hard, financially, emotionally, or as far as having time to work out or eat good, I am usually chasing after him, which keeps my metabolism up! HAHAHA!!

I find motivation in my eat clean books, magazine, Oxygen and my Mom. My Mom has recently lost 40 pounds with weight watchers.

I am inspired everytime I see how easy it can be to eat clean and how tasty the options are. I am never hungry as long as I live this lifestyle. I can do this and I will be successful.

Oxygen magazines! Just when my resolve begins to waiver I get a monthly pick-me-up to keep me on track.

I admit, some hard days I just surrender, face the fact that I am going to occasionally miss a workout or eat some great big delicious fattening dinner out, and then, without beating myself up about it, just get back on track the next day.

I find motivation in wanting to be a walking witness of health to others. Even though it gets tough, I just ask God for strength and push on. I know I can be a better ME. Showing others that a healthier life can be achieved keeps me going as well. I'm thankful for the Eat Clean magazine and Tosca's books.

First I have to find motivation in myself. Then I look for it in magazines, books, videos, friends, doctor, family and any other resource that is available. Especially this site and The Eat Clean Books.

Motivation comes from a lot of places. This forum is definitely a HUGE motivator for me. All the people here, their stories, their struggles and their amazing results, determination and focus helps motivate me and keep me strong. Attitude is half the battle and when people cheer you on and pick you up and point out what's most important, I find that gives me strength to stay on track and push on. I also look at the alternative and just how lucky I am to be able to work out, eat properly and be the best person I can be. I know what it's like to feel bad about myself, have a negative outlook and poison everything around me. I choose to be the best me and give back to the world: coming here on bad days helps me do that. If you can do it, so can I!

I find motivation everywhere. In books, magazines, in nature. My husband and daughter are also a big motivation for me. I want to live a long and healthy life. Why not live till 100 or even beyond that :). I want to be healthy and strong when I reach old age and of course at the present moment too. On hard days or moments where i want to be lazy or eat foods that are not so good for me i stop and think about how i will feel. Not so good. That simple trick helps me to stay on track. It really works for me. Another very important thing i realized is just because others are eating junk, say at a party or a restaurant, that does not mean that i need to too. I can still enjoy myself without eating those foods that will make me feel bloated and yucky.
