Do you take the stairs? Ride your bike to work? What little things do you do daily to stay active?

doubling up on stairs 4 floors up to the office... and always packing gym clothes so there's no excuse to skip the building's gym!

I walk to work and back every day. It's about 25 minutes each way.

I always take the stairs instead of an elevator, park at the far end of parking lot and walk to the store. Also push my daughter in her stroller to the park, then play with her. And of course walk my pug 5-8 times a day.

I use my 2 fifteen minute breakdowns during my work day to walk around my office building which is a good brisk 10 minute walk during each break. I get fresh air as well as a good pick me up throughout the day. I feel good about sneaking in that excercise while being paid for it!

I walk to & from the gym. I think it's a bit pointless if you are able to walk to a place of exercise but you drive your car. IWalking to the gym gets me in the right head space & it is a great way to warm up.

I ride my bike to work (about 20 miles round trip) to save the environment, save money and save my heart! I have an office job and every hour I get up and take a couple trips up the stairs to say hello to fellow co-workers. Every little bit counts!
