I put old fashion oats w/ skim milk, berries (blueberries), cinnamon, honey, and walnuts. I prepare the night before, get up and toss in microwave for a quick healthy breakfast. Sometimes I'll put chocolate protein powder instead of nuts.

So many variations on this them posted.
Love 1/3 banana with 1/2 t cinnamon cooked right along with my steel-cut oats. Then I add almond milk or coconut milk (from carton), flax meal or 1 T almond butter. Keeps me going strong all morning long!

My favorite is blueberries and cinnamon and chopped walnuts with a little bit of almond milk. Its yummy and filling.

Vanilla whey protein powder, walnuts, cinnamon, frozen berries. I make a double batch and take 1/2 to work for mid-morning snack.

I cut apple in half inch squares and bake with cinnamon. mix that with my steel cut oats cooked in water. add 2tbs of flex seed and some raisns. Sweet

I love 1C of berries (any kind) 2Tbsp flaxseed, and a tiny bit of Grade B Maple Syrup..YUM!

My favorite toppings are flax seed, hemp hearts, chia seed, bee pollen and fresh blueberries. Sometimes I add a little almond milk too.... yummy :)

For a sweet bowl of oatmeal I love to mix in some protein powder and top it with fresh berries, nut butter, cacao nibs and/or coconut butter!!
For a savory bowl I love to mix in some ground turkey, egg whites and top it with avocado, black pepper and low sugar ketchup! Sounds weird but it's amazing!!
