I'm confused, I have in previous years ate clean with the help of the oxygen magazine and the eat clean diet book, but after an accident went back to bad habits. My husband recently broke out with psoriasis and his energy level dropped immensely. He was told to eat for his blood type and no wheat products, I'm finding this very hard to 1. believe and 2, make healthy meals.
