I only followed it for a week and a half. In the first week I did lose 3lbs, but halfway through the 2nd week, I decided to put the Stripped plan on hold for now. It's a great plan, but too restrictive for me at this time. I plan to try it again in a couple of years (post baby number 2)

I'm encouraged by eating smaller portions, which is easier to do because I'm eating more often. This is a paradigm shift for me; usual habit is little snacking but large portions for meals. However, I am a little discouraged because I'm either not losing or perhaps have even gained a little! It has been two days since I began. My exercise has been just playing soccer with my son and one day walking for about 20 minutes with my husband, been too busy to do much more--but that will change.
Has anyone else had this happen to them? I really want this to work for me and will gladly accept reality checks.
Also, must admit that I have about 40lbs to lose, not ten. I bought the book Sripped as well as borrowed Recharged from a friend. Using both.

I just bought the book this week and I just can't wait to read it and start to loose my last 10 pounds! I have heard great results from the book!
