In addition to going to the gym, what types of physical activity do you participate in?

Coed Softball once a week, p90x yoga, turbo fire, dance classes, bike riding, 5ks, warrior dash obstacle races, bootcamp, and starting jui-jitsu next saturday :) i love eating clean and being active!! it makes me HAPPY!

I do yoga, bellydance, and I walk or bike everywhere I go. In addition to that, I just got great new running shoes so that I can take up running. I spent about 2 hours trying on shoes and running on the treadmill at the store with the sales guy, but it was totally worth it! I have never been a runner because it didn't feel good. Turns out, the shoes will make or break you! :)

I tried playing flag football and that didn't work out very well. But I love to snow ski, water ski, practice yoga and run in road races.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu and muay thai kickboxing. Weather in Texas is already in the 80-90 degree range. The gym does not run air conditioning. Having the heavy uniform (gi) on during conditioning drills and sparring makes for a very challenging workout. Each sparring match is 5 minutes. Might not seem like much, but you are using different muscles in your body and is great for cardio.

I like to get out early in the morning and run/.walk around my neighborhood...it is so calm and beautiful in the morning and it gets my day off to a great start!

I usually workout at home so I have been trying Plyo and Boot camps from the Oxygen Magazine.
I like to workout with weights and also doing some excersise DVDs.

This weekend I did a TON of yard work!

I walk everyday (two to three times) bike, kayak, and am just starting to train for my first 5k run. Wish me luck!
