I am working a double shift at the hospital due to slick roads... I packed a clean cooler for dinner. I bought my sister and mother the Recharged books and cookbooks for christmas. We're starting 2011 off right by eating clean and working out to meet our goals! Happy New Year!!!

I will respect myself enough to care for my body, mind and soul the way it should be cared for so that I can be the best I can be.

I began my quiet, personal New Year's Eve celebration by registering at this website! Just bought the Eat Clean Diet Recharged yesterday. Tonight I'll be cleaning out an old closet, practicing yoga at home, journaling, eating some wicked healthy food & preparing my mind, body & heart for a new year. Bring it on!

I will start by posting my first post on The Kitchen Table! I've been a lurker and a wannabe for awhile. But now...clean eating here I come! I will grocery shop and restock a clean pantry this weekend and will be eating out of my cooler by January 3rd. Happy New Year! I am looking forward to being a part of this online community.
