I'm registering for a 10k with a bunch of friends. I hope to run the whole thing... problem is cardio is NOT my favorite part of exercise so this next couple months of training will be challenging. But, that's the goal and I'll be really proud of myself for accomplishing it!

By Summer, I plan to wear a size 10, again. I have not one clue what that will translate into as far as weight loss goes. I do know that I'm in the high end of size 12 and low end of size 14, now, though. That gives me about 2 months to get into a size 10. I wore a size 18 about 2 months ago, so I'm pretty sure I can do it! :)

Saturday is my birthday- turning 60 (ouch). This is my first week. By July 4th I want to lose 12-15 more pounds (I've lost 10 on my own), tone it up and make sure I fit into my bodice for the Renaissance Faire! I also want to increase energy and stamina so I can hike and canoe and generally be more active this summer...last summer I was a slug and hated it!

I'm working hard towards my goal of August 27th (first Figure Competition)... I hope by summer to be comfortable enough in my own skin to wear a bikini by the pool... even if I'm the only one there.

With Spring ariving ( at least trying to here in upstate, NY) I wanted a new SPRING RENEWAL for myself as well. I am an avid road cyclist and wanted to be a stronger rider with even more endurance!
I am doing a 7 days a week, 3 month plan to get myself in better shape as well as lower my body fat %. I'm really following the "eat clean" concept between cooler plan 1 & 2, no extra anything, no alcohol. This is week 3 and I feel good already. Keeping this up for the 3 months will be challenging, my 15yr old son gives me great support.
My goal is to complete 3 century rides (that's 100 miles in one day) this summer for NMSS (National Multiple Sclerosis Society) :D

I turn 30 next month, and while I won't have reached my weight loss goal by then, (still 30+ pounds to go), I want to be in the habit of eating clean and working out every day. I have always wanted to be a runner, so I'm starting the Couch to 5K program, and hope that by my birthday, I'll be very close to being able to run a 5K. I want to have an fun, active summer with my kids, and not be the mom who's always too tired to play.

I'd like to have lost the first 10 of the 25 pounds I need to lose. I've been at it for quite awhile, and I think if I can just get into the exercise routine AND the clean eating routine alll in the same time period I could make some progress. I have all the books, and a gym membership. All I need to find is the motivation!

I would like to lose a few more lbs. I have already lost 3 out of the 10 that I would like to leave behind! Which is just amazing for me because I usually never budge on the scale and if it does then it's usually just a lucky one time deal. Ha ha
I also want to keep up my workout and see a little more definition in the lower half - so I will look great in my new VS bikini!!!
I'm getting ready for summer!

I know that by the summer I will maybe not be in perfect shape ( 50 lbs to go still) but will still be a step closer to my goals. I will however be in the best muscular form of my life ever.
I know this summer I will have the strength to FINALLY get up on that wake board which is something I have wanted to do for the last 25 years.

Before summer arrives, I will have lost some weight, but most of all I will have stayed with the exercise routine and really made it a way of life. Sounds so generic but really to me it is a big deal. So many times I have said that I was going to do something and not followed through with it. Not this time. This time I will make it!!!!!
