Two things for me.......I have helped transform my Mother and her Husband into Clean Eaters. She has become a far more healthier person, and he has lost 45lbs and become a much more fit and athletic person. For myself, I just completed my 1st 1/2 marathon in Las Vegas last weekend. Next year,I'm shooting for the full. Very proud of these 2 accomplishments this year, and next year it will be bigger and better.

Last year at this time I set a goal to compete in the Nothern Kentucky Bikini Championship. I even wrote It down looked at it daily, with a mind set I was going to win. I took the overall out of 60 competitors . That was my very first show! I went on to compete at a national level. Guess what my goal will be this year???

2 years ago I weighed 240 pounds. I joined karate in May of 09. This past October I came in second place at the Kanreikai Karate Full contact WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Canada after becoming the US Kyokushin Champ last May. I have come so far from the days when I thought walking was an exercise program. ~Patty Pittmanwww.kihonwasa.com

I am so happy about all of my clean eating accomplishments this year! I went from a fasting blood sugar of 143 in April to 70 in December, so you could say I've beaten diabetes! I have also lost an amazing 84 pounds in the last eight months since I started eating cean. I'm happier and in better shape than I've been in years. The future is bright indeed!
