How do you avoid the temptation of sweets and junk food at the office?

I had such a crappy weekend as far as eating clean goes.....I cheated all weekend and now I'm paying for it. But it's a new week and all I can do is get back on the band wagon and move forward. I CAN do this!! I feel so much better when I eat clean, no sense in cheating and feeling like crap. Okay so that's out of my system. I'm ready for a new week. Today is a brand new day!!

i make sure to have snacks with me at all times, finger foods and stuff to pick at are key! mixed nuts with dried cranberries, baba gannouj and triscuits, things that i can pick at but are healthy!

I work with a small group of girl that are pretty unhealthy eaters, I always make sure to stock the fridge with clean eats and pack my own lunch. I leave a big 2 liter water bottle and make sure to have atleast 1 a day!

I keep plenty of fresh fruit around and Low-Fat Graham crackers! They satisfy my cravings of sweets but also are loaded with fiber that keeps me full.

I've been avoiding it for so long it just doesn't bother me anymore. Things are changing in my workplace, my coworkers are starting to ask for tastes and recipes for my foods! Pretty cool, huh?
