If Im short on time I usually make a protien shake and grab an apple. Its quick and holds me over till my next meal. I also make hard boiled eggs in my egg cooker and eat the whites with toast.

When time is very short, for me, my favorite go-to "fast food" is whatever leftovers I have from the day before. It might be a cup of chicken rosemary soup with whole wheat rotini and a slice of sprouted bread, or quickly cubed or sliced turkey breast in a wrap with awesome greens, or just an apple and a handful of raw almonds, when there's nothing prepared. That's what I'm loving about CE. :)

For a super quick & very delicious lunch or dinner take:
- a thin piece of boneless/skinless chicken breast; coat it with chili powder and crushed red chili flakes and grill it in a pan
- toasted Ezekiel hamburger bun
- Dijon mustard
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Onions, sliced

Slap 'em all together and you have a quick and delicious spicy grilled chicken burger. It takes 15 minutes tops and I usually have a small glass of green juice with it for extra veg factor (or you can do up some veg slices or salad while the chicken grills).

Enjoy!

Breakfast is always a quick meal. With 2 kids going off to school and 2 still at home. I get up first (7am) whip togather a shake for breakfast. The kids love it too.

My morning shake
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup water (it can get thick so you have to judge)
Fat free plain yogurt cup
handful of frozen strawberries
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 small banana
2 ice cubes

Time to make 3 mins.
Keeps me going till 10am when I have a snack

For me.. if time is a factor.. I pick up a Roasted Chicken, a package of Greens, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots...and whatever vegetables you love. I make a lovely Salad, and add the chicken along with some fresh squeezed lemon and olive oil.. Yummy. If I am adventurous,I will even get a box of carrot soup
( organic) and have a cup of that along with my salad and chicken. Its done in a Zip.
