Biking. I plan to buy a bike and ride in the neighborhood. I wanted to buy it sooner but with the constant rain and extreme heat it is too much in Tampa FL to do in the summer when I would have time.

Just got back from a hike in the mountains! I LOVE fall time in Utah because of the fresh air and beautiful fall leaves changing colors! SO pretty!

I'm running my first 5k trail race.! I love the smell and colors of being outside at this time of year. Hiking is another fun activity that can incorporate the whole family!

Fall running. It's hard to commit to running through the summer because it gets so hot, but you gotta love fall for walking and running. I have set two goal races for November and December to keep me on track.
