My biggest obstacle was a compulsive binge eating disorder - I never thought I could kick it. Clean eating seems to be the missing piece I was looking for. I enjoy food for the power and energy it gives me. And that power and energy (I'll call it grace) is keeping me in recovery!Sahai

Hello, Tosca, you and your Husband have inspired me for years, I started my journey almost 5 years ago . August 2006 and in 11 months I lost 150 lbs. Losing the weight my bucket list has a bodybuilding competition that I would like do this year.I am very close so the trainers have told me about 10 weeks I could be at my best. life does not predict our goals,I have 5 children and have lived a much surreal life which seems so surreal to most with so many hurdles that life threw me but the biggest of all was almost losing one of my children. 2 years ago my oldest son John, was assaulted and is now a traumatic brain injury. I still am moving forward with my goal,Cheers!, Heres to life, Heres to meeting you and Robert someday, Take care. Respectfully Michelle
