A career goal that requires a lot of physical agility/stamina. I've started eating clean, working out harder, and running more. I **will** achieve this goal!! I'm 36 and it's never too late!

I have always wanted a flat stomach. As soon as I hit puberty my hips, tummy, thighs and bum started rounding out. So I haven't had a flat stomach since I was 13.

I have always wanted to compete in a figure show and I finally did this past June right before my 35th birthday, I lost 30 pounds in 100 days, and went from an 8 to a size 2. Completely flipping a switch and training harder than I ever have in my entire life! I am currently training for my second figure show in October! I have a no excuse attitude to this new way of life. Its been incredibly rewarding, yes tough some days, but I feel better now then I did in my 20's. I will continue to compete and look forward to seeing what happens!

I have always wanted to maintain a healthy trim weight and not be a slave to my scale. I want to be fit and lean for a life time. Fitness is the fountain of youth. I think Eating Clean principles are the key to accomplishing that goal.
