Well, this is day 6 of me being on the Eat Clean Diet.

My portion sizes have decreased, my frequency of eating has increased, I have reduced the amount of starchy foods, and increased the amount of fruits and vegetables I am eating by a lot.

More than I thought it would. I didn't do too bad before, but the more Clean choices I make, the more I feel good, the more I change my old ways. Lots more fruits and vegetables.

I am making better choices about what I eat. There are certain things that I no longer consider edible. I eat more fruits and vegetables.
