Less than a week before the official start of summer! How have you been preparing for bikini season?

I have the summers off so I am trying to walk more and workout with the kettleworxs. I have tried for a couple of years to lose and have been unsuccesful.

Working out six days a week and watching what I eat. Although I follow a strict diet five days a week, I need to learn how to eat healthy in social situations and not blow my hard work on the weekends!

I've been doing more cardio lately (running 3-4 times a week and swimming 2 times per week) but what I really need to do is tighten up my diet and stop snacking after dinner.
