This week I need to EC 100% and also get in a couple days of more intense cardio, not just the 20 min. warmup before my 4 weight lifting days!!!

I plan to keep my food and activity journals every day, eat 100% clean, get 3 days of cardio in and at least 2, hopefully 3 days of strength training and yoga in. Am aiming high this week!! Have also really been taking advantage of the spring produce, fresh asparagus, strawberries and leaf lettuce!!
I have made a great dinner salad with all the above together, added chopped chicken breast, balsamic vinegar and a bit of EVOO... DELICIOUS!
Now who would want to eat any other way?! :-)

I had a baby 3 months ago and I have 15 lbs left to lose. My goal is to get started and make it through the first day without sweets.

Just getting back on track today. It is one month since I ran the Boston marathon, so I have given myself this month to be less strict. But training resumes today, and I am looking to feeling more alive like I do when I eat clean!

I've not started Eat-Clean as of yet. I'm still trying to make up my mind...if this is a good way to go or is it just another trend. If anyone has anything to say about Eat-Clean be it positive or negative please let me know.

To not drink coffee in the afternoon..... I have been indulging in an afternoon joe a little too often lately, and it's starting to impact my quality of sleep! A girl has GOT to have her beauty rest :)
